2. Screen Candidates: Our screening process includes, ID verification of the candidate, the candidate's resume, in depth technical assessment, and a behavioral interview to assess their fit with the company culture.

3. Shortlist Candidates: Based on the screening process, we shortlist the best candidates who meet the client's requirements. 

4. Submit Profiles to the Client: After shortlisting the candidates, we submit profiles to our clients. 

5. Schedule Interviews: Once the client approves the profiles, we interview with the candidates. This can be done through various channels, such as phone, video, or in-person interviews.

6. Follow Up with the Client: After the interviews, we follow up with the client to get feedback on the candidates. This will help the company understand the client's preferences and make any necessary adjustments to the selection process.

7. Negotiate Offers: Once the client selects a candidate, we negotiate the offer with the candidate on behalf of the client.

8. Provide Onboarding Support.
